How do I reset my password?

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password.

Can I import my existing client data?

Yes! You can import clients from a CSV file. Go to Clients > Import and download our template to format your data correctly.

How do I set up recurring classes?

Go to Bookings > Classes and create a new class. You can set it to repeat daily, weekly, or on specific days of the week.

Can clients book online?

Yes, clients can book classes and appointments through the client portal. You can also embed a booking widget on your website.

How do I process refunds?

Go to Invoices, find the invoice you need to refund, and click "Issue Refund". You can refund the full amount or a partial amount.

What payment methods are supported?

We support credit/debit cards through Stripe, as well as bank transfers and cash payments recorded manually.

Can I have multiple staff members?

Yes, you can add team members with different roles and permissions. Go to Settings > Team to manage your staff.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes! Download Facility Pro from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) to manage your facility on the go.
