Client Management
Keep track of all your clients in one place. Manage their information, memberships, and activity history.
Adding Clients
- Click Members in the sidebar
- Click the Add button in the top right
- Fill in the client's information:
- First Name (required)
- Last Name (required)
- Email (required)
- Phone (optional)
- Click Create Client
Viewing Client Details
Click on any client's name to view their full profile, including:
- Contact information
- Membership status
- Booking history
- Payment history
- Notes and documents
Editing Clients
- Click on the client's name to open their profile
- Click Edit
- Make your changes
- Click Save
Searching for Clients
Use the search bar at the top of the Members page to quickly find clients by name, email, or phone number.
