Client Management

Keep track of all your clients in one place. Manage their information, memberships, and activity history.

Adding Clients

  1. Click Members in the sidebar
  2. Click the Add button in the top right
  3. Fill in the client's information:
    • First Name (required)
    • Last Name (required)
    • Email (required)
    • Phone (optional)
  4. Click Create Client

Viewing Client Details

Click on any client's name to view their full profile, including:

  • Contact information
  • Membership status
  • Booking history
  • Payment history
  • Notes and documents

Editing Clients

  1. Click on the client's name to open their profile
  2. Click Edit
  3. Make your changes
  4. Click Save

Searching for Clients

Use the search bar at the top of the Members page to quickly find clients by name, email, or phone number.
