Invoicing

Generate, send, and track invoices for your services. Get paid faster with online payments.

Creating an Invoice

  1. Go to the client's profile
  2. Click Create Invoice
  3. Add line items:
    • Description
    • Quantity
    • Unit price
  4. Set the due date
  5. Click Create Invoice

Sending Invoices

Once created, you can send invoices to clients:

  1. Open the invoice
  2. Click Send
  3. Choose email delivery
  4. Add a personal message (optional)
  5. Click Send Invoice

Clients receive an email with a link to view and pay the invoice online.

Accepting Payments

With Stripe integration, clients can pay invoices online:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • Bank transfers (ACH)
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

To set up payments, go to Settings → Payments and connect your Stripe account.

Recording Manual Payments

For cash or check payments:

  1. Open the invoice
  2. Click Record Payment
  3. Enter the amount received
  4. Select the payment method
  5. Add a note (optional)
  6. Click Record

Invoice Status

Track your invoices by status:

  • Draft - Not yet sent
  • Sent - Awaiting payment
  • Viewed - Client has opened the invoice
  • Paid - Payment received
  • Overdue - Past due date
