Adding Your First Client
A complete step-by-step walkthrough to add your first client to Facility Pro.
What You'll Need
- •An active Facility Pro account
- •Your client's basic information (name and email at minimum)
- •Optional: phone number, emergency contact details

Navigate to Members
From your Facility Pro dashboard, locate and click on Members in the left sidebar navigation menu.
Tip: The Members section is where you'll manage all your clients, view their profiles, and track their activity.

Click the Add Button
In the top right corner of the Members page, you'll see an Add button. Click it to open the new client form.
Note: If you have many clients to add, you can also use the bulk import feature accessible from the same area.

Fill in the Client Information
Complete the client form with their details. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
Required Fields:
- •First Name: Client's given name
- •Last Name: Client's surname
- •Email: Valid email address (used for login and notifications)
Optional Fields:
- •Phone: Contact number for SMS notifications
- •Date of Birth: For age-restricted classes
- •Emergency Contact: Name and number for emergencies
- •Notes: Any important information about the client
Privacy Tip: All client data is encrypted and stored securely. Only users with appropriate permissions in your organization can view client details.

Save the Client
Once you've filled in all the necessary information, click the Create Client button at the bottom of the form.
Success: You'll see a confirmation message and be redirected to the client's profile page where you can add more details, assign memberships, or schedule their first class.
