Create membership packages, class bundles, and sell products to your clients.

Creating a Package

  1. Click Packages in the sidebar
  2. Click Add Package
  3. Fill in the package details:
    • Package name
    • Description
    • Price
    • Duration (e.g., 1 month, 1 year)
    • Number of sessions included (if applicable)
  4. Click Create Package

Package Types

You can create different types of packages:

  • Membership - Unlimited access for a time period
  • Class Pack - Fixed number of classes
  • Drop-in - Single session access
  • Trial - Limited trial period

Assigning Packages to Clients

  1. Go to the client's profile
  2. Click Add Package
  3. Select the package from the dropdown
  4. Set the start date
  5. Click Assign

An invoice will be automatically generated for the package price.

Tracking Package Usage

View package usage from the client's profile:

  • Sessions used vs remaining
  • Expiration date
  • Package history
  • Auto-renewal status
