Run email campaigns, segment clients, automate communications, and track marketing performance.

Email Campaigns

Create and send email campaigns to your clients:

  1. Go to Marketing in the sidebar
  2. Click Create Campaign
  3. Choose a campaign type:
    • Newsletter
    • Promotion or special offer
    • Event announcement
    • Re-engagement campaign
  4. Select a template or start from scratch
  5. Design your email using the drag-and-drop editor
  6. Choose your audience segment
  7. Schedule or send immediately

Client Segments

Target specific groups of clients with segmentation:

  • Active Members - Clients with current memberships
  • Inactive Clients - Haven't booked in X days
  • Package Expiring Soon - Sessions running out
  • High-Value Clients - Top spenders or frequent visitors
  • Birthday Club - Upcoming birthdays
  • Custom Segments - Create your own filters

Segments update automatically based on client activity and status. Create segments from Marketing → Segments.

Automation

Set up automated emails triggered by client actions:

  • Welcome Series - Send to new clients when they sign up
  • Birthday Wishes - Automatic birthday emails with special offers
  • Win-Back Campaign - Re-engage clients who haven't visited in 30+ days
  • Package Renewal - Remind clients when packages are expiring
  • Class Reminders - Automatic reminders 24 hours before class
  • Post-Session Follow-up - Thank you emails after appointments

To create automation, go to Marketing → Automation, select a trigger, and design your email sequence.

Templates

Use pre-designed email templates:

  • Branded Templates - Automatically use your logo and colors
  • Mobile-Responsive - Looks great on all devices
  • Customizable Blocks - Drag-and-drop editing
  • Dynamic Content - Personalize with client name, package info, etc.
  • Save Your Own - Create custom templates for reuse

Browse templates when creating a campaign, or manage them from Marketing → Templates.

Analytics

Track campaign performance and optimize results:

  • Open Rate - Percentage of recipients who opened your email
  • Click-Through Rate - How many clicked links in the email
  • Conversion Tracking - Track bookings or purchases from campaigns
  • Unsubscribe Rate - Monitor opt-outs to improve content
  • Best Send Times - Learn when your audience is most engaged
  • A/B Testing - Test subject lines and content variations

View analytics from Marketing → Analytics or within individual campaigns. Export reports for deeper analysis.
